is simple.
Contact academy admin to arrange your first class.

Share your learning needs
Share the student’s grade, subjects, curriculum and preferred times with academy admin.

Choose a teacher and agree the plan
Confirm availability, tuition and class arrangements. Complete the student and parent enrolment agreement.

Join your online lesson
Admin emails your scheduled class invitation and Microsoft Teams link to the address you provide. If needed or requested, admin can share the link privately. Join from a suitable computer, phone or tablet with an internet connection.

From your inbox
to your online classroom.
Give admin a student, parent or guardian email address during enrolment. Admin will email your lesson invitation and Microsoft Teams link.
Check the lesson date, time zone and spam folder. If you cannot find or open the invitation, ask admin to resend it or share the link privately.
Keep class links private. Do not post or forward them. Tell admin if your email address changes.
Use the account agreed with admin to access teacher-shared notes and files.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before your
first class.
Are all classes online?
Yes. Classes take place on Microsoft Teams. Admin sends your lesson invitation and joining link.
How much does tuition cost?
Admin confirms the rate with the relevant teacher based on the student’s grade and tuition plan. You agree the charges before starting. Tuition is paid after classes.
Flexible payment options are available in USD, AED and LKR. Confirm your preferred currency and amount with academy admin before paying.
Who receives the tuition payment?
Students enrolling through the academy pay the academy admin account. Existing students transferring with their current teacher continue paying their teacher directly. Existing-student transfers have no transfer charge or recurring platform fee.
How do you support a respectful learning environment?
Teachers and students are expected to behave respectfully. Admin may suspend or terminate participation for misconduct under the relevant agreement. Recording or promotional use of student information requires separate permission.
